The location is perfect, 2 miles from Shopping Plaza. All of the hotel's staff are amiable and pleasant.

It was a nice hotel in a fairly nice area, near to Clearwater, FL-Reasonable and Convenient Location as well as the Ruth Eckerd Hall. Very-very nice staff and the location was magnificent. A few times I ate at Burger King, located not very far from the property. Everything was simply great.

The guest room was neat and well-stocked. the location was convenient and in a nice area. - It was great to have cable television, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator in the room. - I enjoyed going to the lake, which was a 25-minute walk away.

Cheap and close to Bright House Field- walked to the games without a problem. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The room smelled moldy and rooms were not cleaned on a regular basis.

No remote in room and no wifi or A/C. Switched rooms and got a remote but no A/C. Went to the office and complained again and jim told me a service guy would be there to fix it. He never showed up. Uncomfortable the 2 nights there. Will never stay at any days in again. By the way, the fridges in bot rooms didn't work either.
Old broken chair in room and just an old battered unkept room. Also in both rooms the fridges didn't work.
